End User License Agreement (EULA)


NOTICE TO USERS: CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL AGREEMENT. USE OF THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT (THE "SOFTWARE") CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL AND/OR USE THIS SOFTWARE. USER'S USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS CONDITIONED UPON COMPLIANCE BY USER WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.


Licensing

The software is either licensed as "Freeware" or "Shareware", depending on the environment it is used.
The software is "Freeware" for: personal/private use; government controlled education institutions; public libraries; charity organizations. The term "Freeware" means, you are allowed to use the software at no cost. It is not necessary to purchase a license for it.
If your environment does not fit in the noted environments, you are considered a commercial institution and the software is licensed to you as "Shareware". The term "Shareware" means, you can test software for up to 15 days after which you must purchase a license for it or stop using the software and remove it from your storage device(s).


Warranty

This software is provided "as is" and any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.
In no event shall the author of Easy OneClick ZIPPER Software or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute good or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on theory of liability. Whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.


Use

If the software licensed as "Shareware", then one registered copy of the software may be installed on a single computer/workstation and used simultaneously by multiple people.


Restrictions

You may not emulate, clone, rent, lease and sell the software. Also, you may not modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the program, or any subset of the program, except to the extent and for the express purposes authorized by applicable law. Any such unauthorised use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this licence and may result in criminal or civil prosecution.
Changing the software, the documentation, the distribution form (archive) or any other part of the software in any way is strictly prohibited.


Distribution

It is allowed to include this software on a CD/DVD-ROM for a magazine without asking for the permission of the author, but only if the author is informed about this.
Private or non-commercial distribution is allowed, providing that no fee is charged, except for any fees necessary to cover the cost of distribution media. No information to the author Software is needed.


Trademarks

All brand names and product names used are trademarks or trade names of their respective holders.
All references, logos, images, names, products, software and hardware are or may be copyrights or trademarks of their respective companies.
No infringement is intended.


Termination

The MomoprojectsCom Software may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the software including license keys.
If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove SOFTWARE PRODUCT files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
